Something new: Backing off 1 min 0 sec on upload of ...

I'm quite familiar with "backing off on download", but this is the first time "backing off on upload" happens to me!
So, what happens? Connection problems getting worse and worse? Or is it a new feature?

I will not panic! There is plenty of that from last time!
Friday evening and I will soon leave for 1 beer (#2 and #3 are backing off).

Nothing new...
It's just that upload problems seem to arise less frequently than download problems due to their small size.
So you probably just never noticed it before.
