	Go to Forum Preferences and go down to Message Filtering. You'll need their User ID which can be easily found by clicking on their name, the ID is in the URL. For example, msattler's User ID is 421968 as can be seen by the URL to his account http://setiathome.berkeley.edu/show_user.php?userid=421968.
