Hi,
I cannot upload results.
Server Status page seems to be working and says, everything is ok.
It is not.

Currently says upload server disabled.

I wouldn't believe it, the server status often says upload server disabled, when it isn't really,

I just posted in the panic thread- inbound traffic has dropped off a lot. It's come back a bit, but not back to where it was.
Some uploads have gone through, but the backlog continues to grow.

FWIW... over the last three hours I've accumulated ~200 results waiting for upload!

As is common, server status shows all OK. Cricket graph shows some signs of 'discomfort' going back a number of hours, but not that it's DEAD. Hmmm...

Uploadproblems, downloadproblems... i become tired from seti network. It's not possible to run a GPU 24 hours non-stop on seti.... if you can upload, you're not able to download... if you can download you're not able to upload...
:(

I am also tired of this project.
This project should be renamed as s*it@home. :)

I had a large buffer of extra work, but I have only a few work units left. I haven't been able to get new work for several days now. It simply says "Project Backoff" for every upload. It's not even trying to download more. I haven't gotten an Astropulse for a very long time.

It's getting very tiresome to have to wait for WU's to down- or upload.
Wanted to get my subteam higher within DPC but also a project without problems to run.
If nothing gets downloaded today i'll better place my cards back to F@H.

I haven't any astropulse either since they haven't made any for some days now...
As always with seti nowadays. Keep a buffer for atleast 4days to be sure to get tasks that lasts.

When Seti was online all the time alot of server crashes occured that made ul/dl impossible. And the staff was pretty busy fixing the servers instead of doing science work.

I look forward to seti being online 24/7 again now with their new servers.

I appreciate yours and others frustration at the current time, but that is not a true or a fair reflection upon this project.

I not become tired from Seti as project... but from Seti's network ( servers )
The units and results are about some Kb ! Very small files... where is the problem ? I dont understand why up- en downloads start and than stop with 50% ( of some Kb ) if there is to much traffic, why all these connections will be started ?? Some units have a download progress of 83% and almost 36 hours of trying time to finish...

Sorry for my bad English :)

I have it set to 10 days, the maximum. I ran out of GPU tasks and I have only 20 CPU tasks left. I'm running 6 threads at a time on the CPU so they go by relatively quick. I also overclocked this i7 2600k to 4.7 GHz, so it's about 34% faster than stock.

Even with a semi-modern CPU-only machine, this is not possible with workunits-in-progress limit they imposed and a relentless flooding with *way* suboptimal sized workunits. With a GPU it is not possible to have a 1 day cache and then boinc requests new WUs every 5 minutes. When it finally succeeds, it gets 1 or 2 2,5-minute workunits at a time (out of which each download gets interrupted and restarted at least 3 times).
The overhead created by all this must be insane. I really hope they manage to get this stuff in order soon, because the average CPU and especially GPU power is only growing.
It would probably be "kinder" to the servers to have a small cache and do some other project(s) along with s@h.

I'm running 11 tasks on my fx 8150/ati 6970 box and I'm down to 2 CPU WU's and 6 gpu. I've d/led Eon2 WU's just to keep the CPU's busy. With any luck I can get my WU's uploaded so I can get a pile of downloads back.
