File this one under the WTF Banned players settle with gay softball group Now I've seen it all. really all. The complaint was that they acted to hetero. Sorry but what actually qualifies you as gay. what kind of chutzpah does this league have by banning any player. Talk about reverse discrimination. I don't recall having any special ability granted to me by being heterosexual. In fact they sterotype themselves. Are gays(gross examples of stereotypes) weaker, limp wristed, sissy girly or in any way physically disabled by being gay. I don't think so. I know some gay men do act a big feminine but it isn't always the case. I don't know many gay men (3 actually at work) so I can't assume to know much about gay people. However, being bisexual or heterosexual doesn't instantly make you a better physical athlete. Please please please do not start a flame fest. The topic is basically how ironic this story is. I guess gay people can be as narrow minded as any other group. Bob DeWoody My motto: Never do today what you can put off until tomorrow as it may not be required. This no longer applies in light of current events. |

or bigoted. Thought like the boy scouts and girl scouts they do have a right to be exclusionary. I just find it extraordinary that people who have been harrassed and punished for their sexual preferences can then turn around and punish someone for their sexual preferences. Chutzpah again In a rich man's house there is no place to spit but his face. Diogenes Of Sinope |
