I had a couple of pages of downloads wating to slowly trickle through. I tried the proxy again. They cleared in minutes without me having to click on buttons for endless hours. The proxy lives again. There were some down-spikes in the cricket graph yesterday instead of its usual grassy plateau. And it looks like it's starting down again now. Or it could have been a problem with the project. Nope. Not using the proxy got net access & downloads, uploads & reporting happening again.
