I do not have any setting options for "horizontal" and "vertical" "oszilation ranges" like the old version did. How do I stop this annoying graphical rotation?

You first have to select 'Custom' for 'Graphics preferences' and save the preferences before you can edit individual parameters.

Select Custom to edit individual parameters

I too would like to stop the rotations, but can not find custom or 'Graphics preferences' anywhere. please help.
