Cannot utilize all processors

My WIN 7 machine will use only three of the four processors, my Linux machine uses all four without issue. I have checked my preferences and cannot find the problem. Any suggestions. I kept looking at my online preferences, it was in my local preferences. Thank you, I don't know what I was thinking. |

Local preferences override those on the web. If you make any changes to your local preferences, you will have to either use local settings for everything or remove the local settings entirely. BOINC WIKI |
