I have tried a number of times to run the Lunatic Open CL app on my ATI 5570 but seem to get only invalid results. Can anyone Help Jim |

I have tried a number of times to run the Lunatic Open CL app on my ATI 5570 but seem to get only invalid results. Can anyone HelpWhich OpenCL app? the MB r177 app, the MB r177_HD5 app, the r365 app for low end GPU's with max workgroup size of 128 instead of 256, or the r521 AP app? Can you post a CLinfo output for that host please, you can get a modified CLinfo from this post. Claggy |

And sorry it is the ATI_r 521 And I have only been running it since 18 Oct. May be being a bit previous with the question, but so far 1 invalid and lots of inconclusive. |

I actually wouldn't be too worried at the moment with the inconclusives, in my experience both the ATI and the Nvidia OpenCL app do produce more than they should, with the occational invalid, mostly rounding errors, but you do have a few more than most, i would try and reduce the GPU temps and see if that makes a difference, you can lock the GPU fan speed to a fixed value in Catalyst Control Centre, on my HD5770 i try to keep the temps below 60°C, Claggy |

Just a bump really so I can find it later. Claggy, Raistmer - definitely looks like I had a problem as ALL the Aps done prior to Oct 24th are reporting inconclusive and then invalid. Now running with SDK update and fan at 100%. Wound the clocks down as well to get temp back to 64/65 C. Unfortunately no one got any APs till 29th and I am waiting for wingmen on the ones done since. Will let you know how it goes when they start to come in. Tks again Jim |
