That was the original name of the building. It is also known as the Tulsa Expo Center and the QuikTrip Center.

Well we have established that it is near the worlds largest tennis stadium.

However it has absolutely nothing to do with tennis and is older than the stadium it is near.

The statue is named "Freedom of the Human Spirit", and is located in Flushing Meadows-Corona Park in Queens, New York, NY. It was built for the 1964 Worlds Fair and is in the same park as the famous UFOs on the observatory towers from "Men In Black"...
