I'm sure he's a nice enough guy, but wouldn't it be easier for all concerned if he just stayed home and people came to see him?

Well with a car weighing 8 tons you need lots of low revs torque hence a Diesel engine. But of course it's also a political statement to let people know that it's business as usual, despite the threatened reprisals for Bin Ladens death. It just seems to all cost such an inordinate amount of money that none of us can really afford.

No of course not. I think the days of a USA President doing that are long gone. Even the Vatican has a Pope-mobile. What I am commenting upon here is the cost of overseas visits, and can they be justified,

I can't see it either. much like imported food or imported cars. It moer cost effective to send the recipe to a bakery in the country you wish to bake for instead of wasting your time shipping your product overseas.

I would think you'll find Sirius, that any contact with another vehicle, in any way, would trigger many alarms and security counter measures. That would only compound the situation.

If they took the ton of lead out it would go over the bump. Of course they just told everyone how to stop the car which is the real damage.
