I agree! My crystal ball is a bit dusty, but seems to be suggesting it'll come down on the side of MJS's 580s. [Edit: eventually :P]

Forgot to check this yesterday, and only just caught it within the 24-hour window today.

As expected, mum declares MJS to be the winner. nul points for Todd.

My old HP laptop is now on record for completing a workunit.

And relatively 'quick', too! Running at 100% for the last ~3.4 days.

ps. I couldn't locate the MMX only optimized app anywhere. Several links still exist, but they don't go anywhere I could locate the file. So, the laptop is powered down for now.

They did change things around a bit. I compressed the files and tossed the MMX opt app up on my server if you feel like playing around with it. It does have a change from the original download file in that the 603 section has been added to the app_info.xml.
