How do set Boinc to run only one task even if it downloads multiple tasks? I don`t want my CPU to run 100% all the time.

In the local preferences of your AMD host, set "On multiprocessors, use at most 34% of the processors". Then only one of the three cores and the nVidia card will be used by BOINC projects.
