I have had to do an OS reload on one of my machines. It is identical yet won't merge.

5708417 NEW
3299818 OLD

Any help appreciated.

What reason are you told why the merging isn't done?

And did you try merging by name (Your computers page) or "Merge duplicate records of this computer" (Computer details page)?
