Always the same failure over and over...

Ok problem solved: Un-install followed by reinstall

Now I get the correct no work/response messages,

No one is getting any new work at the moment.

Two new servers have been ordered, but until they arrive and set up for work there'll be no new work. Probably not before the end of November.
