This is happening to me with LHC. I did change the preferences online, well, almost two weeks ago or maybe more.... my desktop updated properly, but the laptop still shows a share of 33% along with SETI and CPDN. I don't understand why it's not updating the preferences, even when BOINC 4.13 manages to contact the server. SETI and CPDN are at 100 each and LHC is at 1 just now.
WinXP Home, P4 3.2GHz HT, 512Mb RAM. Running SETI, Predictor, Prime Grid, SIMAP, Folding
