Unable to get my firts work unit

Could it be some personal firewall thing that doesn't allow BOINC to contact the web? |

Thanks for you answer :-) I use only the Windows XP SP2 firewall. I tried to inactivate it but BOINC displays always the same error message, again, again and again. I went on servers status, on BOINCwebsite, ans I saw that only one SAH splitter is running (Galileo). Then I'm still up a tree... sniff, sniff :-(( |

The project may be down or the pipeline is clogged by to many boxes requesting work also.....so keep trying ..... Semper Eadem So long Paul, it has been a hell of a ride. Park your ego's, fire up the computers, Science YES, Credits No. |
