I have started to get the infamous:

8/3/2010 9:29:57 AM SETI@home [error] Error reported by file upload server: can't open file /home/boincadm/projects/sah/upload/201/05no09ae.17836.17250.12.10.73_4_0: Read-only file system

and

8/3/2010 9:30:04 AM SETI@home Temporarily failed upload of 01ap10hv.9486.23553.15.10.130_1_0: transient upload error


once again. I thought this was cured.... any ideas as to what's going on?

I'm getting the same transient upload error. Other completed work uploaded fine recently, and the update function works.

I had suspended immediately the network activity as I saw this in my BOINC.
IIRC this produced validate errors in past, right?

I reported 66 tasks before looking here at the forum. Almost all tasks that went to the validator got the validate error. All wingmen that I checked got it too. Just one where my task shows as inconclusive, wingman got the error.

So this means the validator can't access the result files either?

Never seen this message, I don't believe...Looks like the servers are messed up early...

If you had not a well UL of your result, the validator can't find the result. Validate error.

The SETI@home crew need to let run a script, which will grant the Cr.
