Since I am Italian, I have read the first post. It says that all radiotelescopes in the world are listening...in the ultraviolet band. No comment.

From what I remember, the UV band is blocked by the atmosphere or, more exactly, by the ozone layer, that is why you have to launch astronomical satellites like Hubble.

As I recall, several months ago there was a bit of stir over Judy Faltskog. The last I read it had been determined that she had never worked for, or been associated with NASA. Her only credentials were a picture of her wearing a NASA cap, and self penned articles on her web page. Her page has since disappeared from the web. Final verdict? Hoax.
