Keeps suspending download

I do not know why, it just says that, no reason, do not even know what it means, and also, if you know, how do you get it to always process rather than the second you move your mouse it suspends it? have any answers to that? Try setting "Run always" and "Network activity always available" in the Activity menu of BOINC manager (advanced view). I'm not speaking of tabs (or how they are called on the Mac) but drop-down menus, like File, View, Tools, Activity, Advanced, Help. Perhaps a Mac user can help out here with the terminology?
