You should at least tell us why communication gets deferred. Best copy&paste a few lines around the error from your Messages tab here. Gruß, Gundolf Computer sind nicht alles im Leben. (Kleiner Scherz) SETI@home classic workunits 3,758 SETI@home classic CPU time 66,520 hours |

I do not know why, it just says that, no reason, do not even know what it means, and also, if you know, how do you get it to always process rather than the second you move your mouse it suspends it? have any answers to that? |

Try setting "Run always" and "Network activity always available" in the Activity menu of BOINC manager (advanced view). Also check your Computing preferences for the setting of "Suspend work while computer is in use?" Gruß, Gundolf |

As I said already, in the advanced view of BOINC manager. Gruß, Gundolf |

It's been a long time that I've used a Mac, but IIRC, there are menus there too. I'm not speaking of tabs (or how they are called on the Mac) but drop-down menus, like File, View, Tools, Activity, Advanced, Help. Perhaps a Mac user can help out here with the terminology? Gruß, Gundolf |
