Not to rain on you; but it is not likely Rom is going to answer you. If he did, then he would spend all his tile answering people as to why the WU/Result was bad. And I woiuld much rather have him focused on fixing problems in the system and developing the new features we need.

Also, we need the WU ID, not the name. Navigate to the WU you have problems with (actually the result is better) then copy the URL at the top of the browser and we can look at it.

The best would be, if they ran throw all results witch where send back since the start. Surely it would take some weeks if they uses the unused capacities of the validitor, but this should work then.
