This query is more in the way of thinking out loud.

If Boinc has just downloaded WU’s so you are now at your maximum cache limit and you attach to another project will WU’s from that project be downloaded or will Boinc wait until the cache reaches its minimum figure?

As I have expriences, it will download a small amount of WU from new added project and then continue in filling after old project clean up its WU.
