Hey all! I can't remember if I asked this already (I probably have, but no clue where the thread woulda gone)... but are there any plans for releasing a CommandLine version of BOINC-SETI (like the old SETI-Classic CLi version)? Or would I have to custom compile it from the Windows sourcecode? The reason I ask is I think I'd get faster times if I had a CLi version running (not that my hours now are too bad... about 30 hours per WU right now). 2.5GHz X2 32bit AMD Athlon|2GB RAM|WinXP Pro|2243.7GB total 3 SATA,2 IDE 1.6GHz Celeron|512mB RAM|WinXP Home|80gB SATA 3.1GHz X3 64bit AMD Athlon|4GBs 1066 RAM|ATI 4650 GPU |

There already is one. It is in the boinc folder (usually /program files/boinc. No it isnt any faster. If you don't display the seti space scene graphics for the gui version, it uses no CPU power. If you have seti space scene setup as your screen saver, just choose the "blank screen" screen saver to use no CPU time for that. |

Oh, okay... I was thinking it would be a speed increase like the SETI Classic GUI versus the CLi. Thanks for answering my ? though. 2.5GHz X2 32bit AMD Athlon|2GB RAM|WinXP Pro|2243.7GB total 3 SATA,2 IDE 1.6GHz Celeron|512mB RAM|WinXP Home|80gB SATA 3.1GHz X3 64bit AMD Athlon|4GBs 1066 RAM|ATI 4650 GPU |
