You have to remember, I am one generation removed from the homeland. My grandmama and grandpapa came directly to this country from Germany....... I still remember as a lad taking the trip from Menasha to Milwaukee (a VERY German community) to visit the 'Black Forest Import House'..... Where my Grandpa and my father sought out imported records and such. Usinger sausage is there...... Founded by Fred Usinger in 1880. Their tea sausage is to die for.....
