I have decided to set up the network access for my boxes to limit access to 4 times per day. Say at 0900, 1500, 2100, 0300 and each time for 1 hour. I use the web based preference settings and cannot figure out how to do this or if it is even possible. Any help please would be appreciated. Boinc....Boinc....Boinc....Boinc.... |

AFAIK, it's not possible. You can only enter one interval. Gruß, Gundolf Computer sind nicht alles im Leben. (Kleiner Scherz) SETI@home classic workunits 3,758 SETI@home classic CPU time 66,520 hours |

It is possible, but not through BOINC settings. Use the BOINC command line and windows scheduled tasks... BOINC WIKI |

Thanks for the info John. I had not thought of that and I'll look into it. I know it is possible to get it to work. Before the daily modifications were in place, I had a daily schedule that restricted network access during part of the day set up through BOINC and a system timer set up to allow weekends. It ran on one computer and controlled all 6 at that location. BOINC WIKI |
