I still think that the alphabet is the greatest human invention. China, Korea and Japan don't have it, luckily for us. They must use the Latin alphabet to program their computers.

Fabio didn't lose that much in the GC though. He's now 4th.
Some more mountains to climb tomorrow.

Tour Briancon-Izoard
1 Warren Barguil France
Fabio Aru loses another minute and is now at fifth place. You cannot win a Tour de France without a team.

Kjempefint Norge:)
But if Froomey doesn't win Le Tour this year again I would be very surprised.
No changes on GC.

Any of the first 4 can win. Froome is alone, without his teammates.

In TT you are only racing against the clock.
No teammates are helping you.
Only once in the past decade has the jersey changed hands in the final TT.
But in this tour there are at least five that have a big chance to win Le Tour.
Froome, Bardet, Uran, Landa and Fabio Aru.
All within 2 minutes.

I would exclude Fabio Aru, he is suffering of bronchitis, and is taking antibiotics. He is going to change team, according to Italian TV reporters, and going to a team managed by Saronni (UAE).

According to cycling "experts" Le Tour is already settled.
Failing a crash, mechanical, or a huge surprise, Froome will secure his fourth Tour de France title, with final flourishes to be added on Sunday on the Champs Elysées, of course.
The real contest, meanwhile, would seem to be for second place, between Romain Bardet, second overall at 23 seconds, and Rigoberto Urán, third at 29 seconds.

And the TT in Marseille is very short. Only 22.5km.
Anyway. Froomey starts at about 5 pm and about at 5.30 we will know:)

Bravo Froomey and bravo Fabio that despite illness manage to be along the top riders.

Next stop is La Vuelta .
But Spain's La Vuelta cycle race changes 'sexist' hostess role this year.

Will we be seeing other results this year from the cyclists?
I mean who doesn't want a kiss after cycling for about 5 hours ...

From August 1 there will be a reshuffle in cyclists and teams. Fabio will go to United Arab Emirates team and Rigoberto is courted by Sky. Wait and see.

Yes.
Warren Barguil is also apparently going to be "reshuffled".
Strange to do this negotiations during the cycling season.
Warren Barguil has a contract with Team Sunweb for 2018 but his two mountain victories, his polka-dot jersey, and his huge potential as a future Tour de France contender could see him try to leave the German-registered squad to secure a clear leadership role elsewhere for next year’s Tour de France.

My Samsung Gear S3 Frontier watch has complimented me for the time I spend bicycling while it scolds me if I am seated in front of my computers for more then one hour. So I have to rise and do something, like the sailors of King Ferdinando IV di Borbone in Naples when ordered "facite ammuina".

Nice watch:)

Gear S3 frees you from your phone in a natural way. What you used to do on the phone is now done right on your watch. Take calls, open apps, play music.

Perhaps you can download apps to it that measure your blood pressure and heart rate in real time as well.
Hmm. Now I'm getting nervous:)

Oh. Team Sky will celebrate Chris Froome’s fourth overall Tour de France victory by wearing an updated version of their Castelli jersey on the final stage.

For the general classification riders, today will be one of celebration and champagne.
The sprinters, on the other hand, still have some work to do.
Today is their final chance to notch up a victory.
