Also Nibali is coming back. Yesterday he made an attempt to leave Froome behind. But he is waiting for the Alps. The Tour is not finished yet. |

Here we go again... Tour de France leader Chris Froome says he had urine thrown on him during Saturday's stage. The event will be linked to doping speculation about Froome Team Sky rider. - Someone threw a cup of urine in my face and shouted, "doper", which is extremely wrong on so many levels, he said according to the BBC, and stated that the incident occurred early in the race. Speculation about Froome has been fueled by the two former pro riders Laurent Jalabert and Cedric Vasseur, now commentators for French television, has expressed concerns about whether the 30-year-old's good form is a result of doping. If Chris Froome is doped wait for dope test results before accusing him. |

This is weird. Spaghetti bolognese may be a classic 'Italian' dish abroad but you won't find it anywhere in Italy.http://www.thelocal.it/20141209/ten-italian-dishes-that-dont-exist-in-italy I have ate Spaghetti Bolognese in both Rimini and San Marino close to Bologna in the 70's. Monica Cesarato from Venice also close to Bologna seems to not have been there. |

I buy Salsa bolognese by Barilla in my shop together with spaghetti Barilla. That is my standard lunch. The mystery is solved. In Bologna ragù alla bolognese is customarily paired and served with tagliatelle, made with eggs and northern Italy’s soft wheat flour. Acceptable alternatives to fresh tagliatelle include other broad flat pasta shapes, such as pappardelle or fettuccine, and tube shapes, such as rigatoni and penne. The reason is that the meat sauce doesn't stick so well to spaghetti. So don't eat Spaghetti Bolognese with a white shirt on:) |

The Alps:) Now the boys will be separated from the men. But Quintana is a "boy" wearing the white jersey and in second place after Froome. Will he win Le Tour and become the first Colombian to win? Colombians like mountain stages:) |

Colombians are good uphill and bad downhill. Today Nibali has shown how to race downhill. We'll see sparks flying. Tullio |
