6.03 is the identifier used when they are allocated to a CPU to crunch. 6.08 is when they are allocated to a GPU to crunch using CUDA. The WU's are identical.

If this is so, why does the work not get processed equally? I have 7 Windows Vista Ultimate 64 bit computers, five of which are quad core with 6 GB of ram each. The only thing I get for my computers to work on are the 6.08 work units and these only use the 6.08 SETI Enhanced (CUDA) Work Units. The four core CPU just sits there doing nothing. I don't get any AstroPulse Work Units. This wastes 2/3 of my computers power on nothing. Right now I'm running the BOINC 6.6.25 program and still nothing but 6.08 from BOINC.
Does anyone have a fix for this situation or should I just give up and go with some other program? Why does SETI squeal so loudly about needing people to run their program if they just waste 2/3 of what's offered?

If you are not getting any Astropulse, then double check your settings on what types of work to accept. I have just downloaded a bunch of Astropulse so it is available. If you are using Optimised Apps then it could be something amiss in your app_info.xml file.
