The budget for this year was supposed to be $548,200 and there are 52 weeks in a year. That's over $10000 per week.

Although those who read and post here are few and cannot be expected to supply the whole amount for the year, I think we ought to be able to at least do a week's worth while a donation drive is active.

I just e-mailed my $50.00 . I wasnt going to donate, but i read Bob mahoneys post and there were many reason that compelled to donate. The number one being, The next time a babe asks me what id do ill just casually say I do scientific analysis for Arecibo. Im sure that will go over well with the wife though:) All kidding aside though I have learned a lot from the message board side in the last 4 months and hope to keep on learning.
