I have been getting this set of "message from server" a couple of times a day. Can someone explain what they mean?

1/23/2009 8:49:49 AM|SETI@home|Sending scheduler request: To fetch work. Requesting 119 seconds of work, reporting 0 completed tasks
1/23/2009 8:49:55 AM|SETI@home|Scheduler request succeeded: got 0 new tasks
1/23/2009 8:49:55 AM|SETI@home|Message from server: No work sent
1/23/2009 8:49:55 AM|SETI@home|Message from server: Your app_info.xml file doesn't have a version of Astropulse.
1/23/2009 8:49:55 AM|SETI@home|Message from server: (won't finish in time) BOINC runs 100.0% of time, computation enabled 100.0% of that
1/23/2009 8:50:55 AM|SETI@home|Sending scheduler request: To fetch work. Requesting 289 seconds of work, reporting 0 completed tasks
1/23/2009 8:51:00 AM|SETI@home|Scheduler request succeeded: got 1 new tasks

I understand what the first two mean. I am not running a version that can run Astropulse. I run 5.10.45, optimized. But what is the meaning of the "won't finish on time" message? I have not noticed any abnormalities except these three messages, in red.

"Won't finish in time" usually means one of the following is happening:
1) The Resource Share allocated to SETI@home is too low.
2) Your Computer is not on enough.
3) The amount of time that the BOINC Client Software is allowed to run is too short.
4) There is not enough time before the Result Deadline for your computer to process a (or another) Result.
5) Or, BOINC thinks you have enough work already.
So "No Work Is Sent."

As for the "Your app_info.xml file doesn't have a version of Astropulse." (I believe) your Optimized Application only runs and has code for optimized Multibeam. If you don't want those sort of messages, go to you preferences and disable Astropulse from running on your computer, or otherwise, update your App_Info file with the correct Astropulse code, I can give you help with that if needed.
