I am running the 1 October 2004 Boinc 4.11 client compiled under 64-bit Gentoo on a Compaq Presario R3140US (AMD64, x86_64) with 512 MB of RAM. When Boinc switches from one project to the next (and it doesn't seem to matter which project it is switching to, SETI, Climate Prediction, LHC), it just hangs. Stopping Boinc and starting it up again, gets Boinc going again.
