My laptop runs Linux and XP and shows up as 2 different computers. Is there any way to merge the results? Just more of an aesthetic problem and nothing big ;)

The CPU type is showing up different under each OS, and I think thats why its refusing to be merged.

under linux: AuthenticAMD Mobile AMD Athlon(tm) 64 Processor 3000+
and windows: Mobile AMD Athlon(tm) 64 Processor 3000+ Pentium

any ideas?
