How can I stop the optimised app so I can run CUDA. |

Set your computer to "No New Work" amd continue to crunch until your cache is empty. When your cache is empty stop boinc. Remove the app_info file located in the setiathome.berkeley.edu folder. Make sure you are ready for CUDA with proper drivers etc. Restart Boinc when ready. Boinc....Boinc....Boinc....Boinc.... |

How can I stop the optimised app so I can run CUDA. Stop Boinc. Delete (or re-name) your app_info.xml file, then restart Boinc. Before doing this however, please set NNT and run down your cache so as not to trash a load of WU's and leave your wingmen hanging out to dry. F. [Arghhh - beaten by the Geek] |

Thank you for replying, unfortunately by the time you replied I had logged off, and stupidly installed 6.4.5, yep trashed all my WU's so apologies to anyone waiting for any WU's from THIS MACHINE :-( It is now mostly crunching The Clean Energy project. Bernie |
