I have pIV with HT technology. Since now it was counting two WU at a time, but since I've installed BOINC ver. 4.09 only one unit is processed. How come ?

just a thought: try checking if the setting under

Your account -> Preferences -> General -> On multiprocessors, use at most

has changed

My preferences did not change, but when I upgraded to 4.09 from 4.05, BOINC boinked and the BOINC window hanged. I backed up the project folders, deinstalled BOINC and reinstalled 4.09, same problem. I back leveled to 4.05 and everything ran fine again. 4.09 is BOINKED!

Try Updating the Project under the Projects Tab, it happens to me once in awhile also, and I just do that and generally the 2'nd WU will start up then ...

Did you check your task manager, some time ago when you exit Boinc all the apps did not end. So when Boinc restarted it saw that only one was available.
I ass/u/me that you are talking about Windows xx.

Hmm. it's working on my computer (Win2k pro SP3). What does it do that makes you come to this conclusion (just asking for specifics to help people help you ;) )

Ok, I've returned to BOINC 4.06, but I recive message from server, that my core client is out of date, so I've returned to 4.09 and now it's looking to work fine. Thank you all :D
