I've become disenchanted with the prospect of getting any useful results out of the seti@home application. Is there any way to only process workunits for the Astropulse application? I'm using Ubuntu and I'm willing to try any hack :) |

I'm using Ubuntu and I'm willing to try any hack :) No hack needed. Just go to your SETI@HOME preferences and (near the bottom) set Run only the selected applications To be sure that even when no AP units are available, no MP ones are downloaded set If no work for selected applications is available, accept work from other applications? no After the next connection to the server (you can force it by pressing Upload in Projects tab), your new preferences will be active.
