what does BTCO mean

I recently purchased A Hp x4000 from Ebay. Whille looking up the model number on the HP website I found out my x4000 workstation model is Workstation X4000 (BTCO). I was thinking it might be a variation of BTO (build to order). You might get better answers from somewhere like PC Perspective or HardOCP forums, which have a more general user base.
