Lawyer wanted to assist in forming non-profit "SETI@home Foundation"

We're looking for an attorney to assist us with setting up a charitable 501(c)(3) foundation which will handle fundraising operations for the SETI@home project, preferably on a pro bono basis. This Foundation will give us the option of accepting more donation mechanisms (i.e. paypal) and to have more flexibility when dealing with outside fund raising organizations than we currently have with the University fund raising apparatus.
