I promise never to profit from my ponderings, insights or flashes of brilliance.LOL I fail to see how your insults help here. The point of this thread is "Do men have a right to exist for their own sake and their own happiness and purpose?" You'd yet to give an opionion that doesn't animatedly deride someone elses belief. It would help if you'd have just answered the question instead of reviewing and downplaying someone elses posts. I hope this gets us all back on topic In a rich man's house there is no place to spit but his face. Diogenes Of Sinope |

I promise never to profit from my ponderings, insights or flashes of brilliance.LOL What you fail to see does not concern me. I know the point of the thread, which is why I have answered the question, in a bit of detail, and explained the reasons behind the answers I gave. You'd yet to give an opionion that doesn't animatedly deride someone elses belief. "Animatedly deride," is an interesting choice of words because while I may mention the reasons why someone's opinion is in error or has failed them, I am not "animatedly derid[ing]" anyone. Such a post would contain comments like "you're a complete idiot!" or "you're so stupid you can't even see straight!" or "god, yer blinded by your own idiotic ideology!" While admittedly there are places in this thread where such comments would probably have been quite precise had they been used, I did no such thing. Noting that a post seems to miss the larger context of the discussion, or the that a post suggests a lack of understanding of particular terms, or that one is not reading carefully is not the same as animatedly deriding someone. It does, however, call the position that the post is taking into question. Which, of course, is the entire point of the discussion. It would help if you'd have just answered the question instead of reviewing and downplaying someone elses posts. I did answer the question, and I noted the reasons I took the position I did. I did not, however, just emptily state how I feel about it, or how I feel about how others feel about it. Feel free to post all the feelings you wish. That won't answer the question at all, but you'll have posted your feelings. Cordially, Rush elrushbo2@theobviousgmail.com Remove the obvious... |

Again I ask you not to belittle others here. My opinions are just that. Feelings are what I have for my GF. when you say they are just feelings then you are once again belittling others. Please keep your opinions on topic. Nobody asked how you felt about the other posts. I have no opinion about yours since you repeatedly splice in others quotes which inherently breaks up your post making it more about someone else than yourself. Just to accentuate my point please review your first post. since the only other person posting before you started the thread its not hard to see that you take apart his arguement first and foremost. Your opionion was nitpicking his opinion. That isn't about stating an opinion its about belittling the author. In a rich man's house there is no place to spit but his face. Diogenes Of Sinope |
