I think I saw in one of the texts that it was reenactment, that the bodies they show are not real bodies but actors made up as bodies. But I find the cases very interesting, that she can find out so much just through an autopsy. Mind you, I'm just going by one scene that shows an autopsy being started. They got the Y incisions correct. In the real thing, you see VERY thick layers of fat, and they didn't get that part right. So it's all reconstructive cinema, but you can tell they're trying to show it right. I've seen about 30 autopsies performed, so that little bit of medicine I know about. ID: 794548 ·
