Hi, I've got 2 work units running at once and for the life of me, I can't change this to 1 work unit only!!

Help please...

It's happening because your computer has two cores and the tasks are using both.

In your BOINC manager Advanced menu select Preferences. In the Processor usage tab there edit 'use at most ... processors' to say 1 instead of 2. Click OK. One of the tasks should then stop running.
