Outsourcing the drive-through

I sure hope the fools upstairs plan on extending that thirty minute lunch break policy... ;)
It may not be 1984 but George Orwell sure did see the future . . .

(We have all used a call center at one point or another, REPETITIVELY. <-- need I say more?)
