If the SETI @ home scheme in operation in the distant planet (a few dozen light-years from Earth or beyond) to calculate the Earth's electromagnetic wave is intelligent life?

No, not on the wavelengths we are currently using. The wavelengths inspected by S@H and used for communications are different. The reasoning is the better reception in the wavelengths used by S@H.
