For about the last week I have not been able to get SETI@HOME to resume processing. On my last task I am showing 95.0% complete, but cannot get out of the state of "Paused: User Active". I have not changed anything in my preferences so I don't know what the problem could be. Does anyone have any suggestions? Thanks. |

Check your preferences, specifically "Suspend work while computer is in use?". Make sure it isn't set to "Yes". If not there, open BOINC Manager, select Advanced View (if you're not already running advanced view), select Advanced from the drop down menu, and select Preferences. Make sure none of them are overriding the web preferences. |

This indicates that you have your preferences set to run Boinc only when your system is idle. Any activity e.g. using the keyboard or mouse will cause Boinc to pause the computation. You can override this setting in the Advanced view display - Activity menu - Run always. Boinc V7.2.42 Win7 i5 3.33G 4GB, GTX470 |
