Howdy All...
There is nothing posted about an outage so I'm not sure what my issue is. Yesterday Dec 28th I noticed I had no new work. I checked and found SETI is waiting to download a work unit that has never downloaded. So about 5 hours ago I aborted it, think something was wrong with it. Well the next one isn't downloading either.
I can get on the internet and it seems to work find. I am on a small satellite network of 29 or so users. I'm wondering if someone has changed something. What port does Seti use to download? And any good way to test or figure out whats wrong would be great!!

Thanks Alan

There are some problems on the server side which cause this donwload problems. In the Technical News forums, specialy at Matt's posting from 27th December, are a lot of details about this problem described.
So the only thing we can do is to wait, till it is fixed.

Sometimes the downloads needs a really long time and so sometimes some few WUs would be downloaded.

Thanks Dotsch,
I looked on the main page and didn't see anything posted for outages. Our satellite link here just had 4 routers die from a power surge. I was thinking somebody didn't set everything back to the way it was.
Thanks ...alan
