I have been trying to run LHC and Seti on this one machine with my boinc program, and well when I startup LHC or whatever, then SETI pauses! How do I fix this? o.O

Not sure this needs fixing. The big feature of BOINC 4 was time slicing - it should run both projects alternately. The share of resources can be set in the Preferences for each project. Because of the way the time-slicing algorithm works it is almost inevitable that a new project will run as soon as you join. SETI should restart at the next despatch, pausing LHC, or whatever you're running.

Mike has it right. If you look into the glossary, look at the term "Resource Debt" and the associated terms. I have not fully updated that to reflect the alternation of the work, the old version used to process one work unit to completion before switching.

now it switches on the hour (supposidly, I have not tested it to be sure).
