I would like to see the classic SETI@home credit transferred to the BOINC account when it's activated. I would also like to see another update of classic credit made to the BOINC account for people who have more credit on the previous system that was transferred last May.

If you transferred your account rather than creating a new one, it will be transferred as well is it is ever going to be with the exception of a planned second snapshot after S@H classic is shut down.

Because of the differint amounts of science done per WU over the past 5+ years of S@H classic, there is no possible conversion.

I would like to see Classic SETI@Home work units numbers updated. I signed up really early for the BOINC client, but then shelved it while they worked out the bugs. In the meantime, I completed over a thousand additional work units before I resumed using BOINC. I'd like to see the project move more clients over to BOINC to make the best use of the computing power.

OK, the classic stats will be moved over after classic shuts down.

BOINC / S@H is not ready for ~500k users yet. BOINC is increasing in users slowly.

Similar here. I'm running SETI BOINC but still use SETI Classic as screensaver, there being no SETI BOINC screensaver yet available for Macs. I don't have thousands of results (as can be seen on my user details!) but mine have more than quadrupled since the May 'snapshot'.

Fair enough. Thanks for the info.
