Hello,I have noticed at least four,maybe five credits,large ones that take a couple days to finish be submitted, Then I see them at the result page listed,then they just go away? Not all of them I have gotten about half of the work I've done credited,but I am getting frustrated,credit is all we have to go by here and I feel cheated,there were no error messages,nothing ,just listed and then gone,there were a few at the start when I installed a new anti virus program that got screwed up,thats not what I'm talking about,I just want the credit I'm due,period,I would be alot higher in the standings if I were getting the actual credit for units completed,I hope this happens soon,It'd doubtful I will ever see the "phantom" credits now,but If I don't start to get the credit due me,frustration will win out and I know I will just uninstall and be done with it,I realize this is no big deal in the scheme of things,but if it's happening to me,I doubt I am alone,and that could result in the loss of many not so "Hard Core" participants..And that would be a shame,Also it takes forever just to be credited,which makes it hard to keep track of credits,they show up as completed,but not submitted,then disappear ,some get submitted and you actually see he pending credit others just disappear into cyber space,never to be seen again.I realize there is alot of work to be reviewed for credit,but there must be a better way to handle the completed work,the hard part is done already,I mean the most time consuming part anyway,more emphasis on giving credit to the people who donate their time and resources to the project would go a long way in keeping my{our}interest and desire to be a part of the project,I hope my next post will be a simple "Thank You" for fixing the missing credits issue! Your results are the only thing that "disappear" as they take up too much space in the database. The credit you receive for those results are in your account forever and do not disappear.
