It seems I mistakenly merged two working and crunching machines into one. What will happen to the retired ID? Will the merged but crunching machine get a new one automatically assigned?

The two machines should unmerge, but the credit that has already been merged will not split. At least one of the two machines will start at 0 again. The account will maintain the credit granted, so no worries there.
