WASHINGTON (Reuters) - An orbiting spacecraft has found evidence of what look like seven caves on the slopes of a Martian volcano, the space agency NASA said on Friday.

Using mobile device, so excuse short abbrv's.

Awesome to see these extrdnry Mars dscvries that are almst constant now. Gut instnct: only a matter of time before evdnce of you-know-what is found there. Probly small and past, but dscvry date will be rmbrd as one of greatst dscvries in human history.

Maybe there are large cities abandoned in these caves. ;)

I can't wait, mrgray! I'm exceptionally intrigued by these bizarre caves. I recall my first reaction to hearing of their existence: giddy shock! I was (and still am) amazed by the images of these caves - I'm dying to find out what awaits deep within them... thank you for the pics!
