Your post made reread mine and there is a correction needed there.

The defacto minimum 'Sit on' period after RRI was deprecated and pre 5.10 was introduced is ~15 minutes (a CI of 0.01 days). The CC didn't recognized a CI less than that. IOW's it would make the next work fetch at the 0.01 day point and sat on the report after completion for the same amount, regardless of whether you had set it to less than that. The 2 hour compromise I mentioned is related to the default cache coupled CI of 0.1 days.
