I think it is URGENT to fix several issues with BOING and Windows Vista. I get every day restarted work units or client error messages for my units.

Your issues should go away if you install as a system service or if you disable User Account Control.

Or if you install in c:\\BOINC rather than c:\\Program Files\\Boinc.

It's mutch better!

I reinstall it as a service and used a diferent folder to install, but still some WU restart counting from the beginning...
With the message...

Restarting 26se04.... - message timeout

yesterday this happened 5 times with te same WU every 8 to 12 minutes.
